Camp Colvos Brewing is a new brewery that recently opened its taproom on Vashon Island. EARTHEN BISTRO
Christopher Koerber, Chef of Earthen Bistro, began his culinary journey on the east coast in southern New Hampshire where, growing up in a small german bakery and local farming community was steeped in the old world traditions of food preparation. Fueled by his culinary passion, he took a job for a summer on an organic vegetable farm where he developed an appreciation for in the incredible flavors of locally grown and freshly harvested produce. Later in college, where he majored in political science, he gained an understanding of the benefits of a robust local food economy and of the interconnectedness between food, individual health, and the health of the larger community.

GLASS BOTTLE CREAMERY
Glass Bottle Creamery is a retail store selling local raw milk, kefir, eggs, cheese, yogurt, and ice cream. All of their dairy products are sourced from Vashon Island and the Puget Sound region, and their ice cream is made down the street at their sister business, Vashon Island Baking Company. They have a rotating selection of 8 flavors of ice cream, which always includes dairy-free and vegan options. The milk, cream, and eggs in our ice cream come from Smith Brothers Farms out of Kent, WA. Gravy is run by the husband and wife team of Dre Neeley and Pepa Brower. Pepa and Dre each bring their passion to the front of house and kitchen respectively. Mica’s Kitchen is a place where magic happens. It is a place where the owner bonds with food. Mica's Kitchen is for people to be able to enjoy a meal that was made with love and care. To bring families together through their food. Everything at Mica's kitchen is made with fresh local ingredients. Croissant dough they hand-rolled and chilled for 16-18 hours before using. The scones are the best on the West Coast. If you thought you didn't like scones, try theirs. Muffins are made with fresh seasonal fruits. Bread for our sandwiches is made fresh daily. The Rock Island on Vashon has a cozy dinning area with a fire place and a back deck in the summer. They offer unique gourmet hand tossed pizzas as well as traditional styles. The Ruby Brink is a bar & butcher shop on Vashon Island whose values align with tradition, agriculture and craft. The Sandpiper Cafe is located at the Vashon Island Golf & Swim Club. They are open for "To Go" orders only, according to the Covid-19 mandates. The menu is limited at this time. The Vashon Sugar Shack, a community kitchen and gathering space centered on food, showcases local culinary talents during tasting events held on First Friday and at an open-house market that takes place one Saturday a month.
