During this season of spirits, join the Vashon Heritage Museum’s Education Team as we visit the resting places of Vashonites admired for their noble achievements. We’ll visit Lucy Gerand, who’s testimony to the U.S. Court of Claims remains the most comprehensive written record of sx̌ʷəbabš lifeways; Buffalo Solider, Master Sergeant Benjamin Louis Glover; nurse & author, Mary Matsuda Gruenewald; and many more. The tours are an hour long and will go forward in light rain. Please, dress warmly!
