The Confessions is a versatile, Vashon Island-based R&B group with a throwback sound. Gleaning from gospel, early rock 'n' roll, and sounds of the Motown era, songwriter and frontwoman Camille Reeves writes and performs original tunes that are fresh, yet familiar. Her band features three horns –Barry Cooper on trumpet, Greg McElroy on tenor sax, and Charlie Kipp on baritone sax – and the foundation of The Confessions' sound is laid by the rhythm section: Chris O'Brien on keyboard, Gavin Kovite on bass, and Brian Dougher on drums. Bring your dancin' shoes and get ready to cut a rug!
