2025 Low Tide Celebration at Point Robinson Lighthouse

Celebrate the wonders of Puget Sound at the 17th Annual Low Tide Celebration, hosted by the Vashon Park District at Point Robinson Lighthouse on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

This free, family-friendly event invites the community to explore the shoreline during one of the lowest tides of the year, with tide pools teeming with marine life and breathtaking views of Mount Rainier. Enjoy guided beach walks led by naturalists from the Vashon Nature Center, lighthouse tours, educational booths, and interactive displays from local organizations dedicated to protecting Puget Sound. A food vendor will be on-site, and a free shuttle will run along Point Robinson Road to assist with parking and access. Come connect with neighbors, learn about our coastal ecosystem, and experience one of Vashon’s most treasured summer traditions.
