In 2011 Nathan Quiroga (Mad Rad, Buffalo Madonna) and Benjamin Verdoes (Mt. St. Helens Vietnam Band) left their respective Seattle-based projects behind and began collaboration on Iska Dhaaf. The band was quickly embraced for their engaging live shows, and for creating the sound of a full band by way of two people. Together as songwriters they have steadily explored production, instrumentation, and an ever-expanding narrative voice.

Whiting Tennis is a Seattle based indie-rock songwriter specializing in dark, mid-tempo originals. Whiting visits Vashon Island with his mellifluous broken-hearted northwest story telling, set atop breezy nocturnal mythological inward shaped soundscapes.

Patrons of Husbandry are an island band whose members include Jeff Roeser, Ethan Cudaback, Scott Boggan, and Rusty Willoughby. The music swirls and recalls a bit of Scott and Rusty's 1980's Seattle bands Room Nine and Pure Joy. Fueled by Colorado Kool-Aid and Washington's finest , POH also enjoy casual time travel and shape changing.
