7:30 PM - M is for Murder is a 4 piece band hailing from Vashon Island. Their songs are original. Songs are about love and loss. Melodie Trottier plays guitar, Glenn Rukwid plays ukulele, Spencer Sinner plays bass and Gabe Blake plays drums. Their sound is moody alt/country/folk rock.

8:30 PM - Fern Spores is a femme-folk-rock band hailing from Olympia,WA. With a sound that’s as raw and captivating as it is intentional, they weave gritty guitar leads, haunting fiddle melodies, and powerhouse vocals that leave audiences spellbound. Drawing inspiration from musical giants like Janis Joplin, Alabama Shakes, Susan Tedeschi, and The Runaways, Fern Spores infuse their music with a modern edge while paying homage to the raw energy and authenticity of their predecessors. Their songs are both anthems of empowerment and poignant reflections on life’s highs and lows. Their highly anticipated debut album, recorded at world renowned studio WAM, released on 6/7/2024.

Fern Spores is an all woman band fronted by singer-songwriter Alyssa Nunke (guitar) and Jade Kovats (lead guitar), with Abigail Ryle (violin), Caroline Robin (cello, bass), and Katie Welch (drums). Their harmonies weave a lush sonic landscape accented by Nunke’s reverb soaked 1970’s telephone microphone. Gracefully flowing between vintage psych folk, garage rock, clever covers, and soulful Americana ballads they curate a truly original sound. Angsty but uplifting, whimsical yet fierce, and as rock as it is roll.
