Welcome to the 8th annual Vashon Summer Arts Fest (SAF) at Vashon Center for the Arts. Each year Summer Arts Fest continues to amaze with art from Vashon artists in the course of nine (9) weeks. This year the festival opens July 3, and runs through August 31, 2025.

At the Summer Arts Fest, Vashon art patrons and Island visitors see the breadth and depth of the Vashon art community. The collection covers a broad array of mediums. This year, both new to SAF, novice, and experienced artists show their work. This Festival, dedicated to showing Vashon artists exclusively, is brimming with creativity, connection, and community.

The Festival consists of three (3) "Rounds" of exhibitions, each running for three weeks.

Round #1: July 3 - July 21
Artist Reception: Thursday, July 3: 5-8pm
Note: Thursday reception avoids 4th of July Friday holiday.

Round #2: July 25 - August 10
Artist Reception: Thursday, July 25: 5-8pm
Note: Gallery will also be open for First Friday Gallery Cruise, August 1: 5-8pm.

Round #3 - August 15 - 31
Artist Reception: Thursday, August 15: 5-8pm
Gallery hours: Wed - Sunday 12-5pm
(closed Monday/Tuesday)
