A somatic art & nature workshop where we move, create, and listen with the Forest — exploring Fall’s wisdom of structure, release, and renewal.

This workshop is an embodied study of the lessons of trees, forest, the themes of the Fall cycle of the year, and the Metal element in TCM through circling, ritual, and intuitive movement and art practices.

No art or dancing experience required.
