About the Event
Your voice is the most powerful energy tool you carry with you everywhere. Vocal toning is a simple yet profound way to release stress, regulate the nervous system, raise our vibration, and restore our sense of inner peace. Together in supportive community, we hum and tone to liberate our voices from fear, shame, and self-judgment. And we make room for more authentic, heart-led expression, which paves the way for a greater experience of harmony in our everyday lives. No singing experience needed. Come experience the shift for yourself!
