Just before the Aries New Moon, join us for an embodied exploration of your natal Moon - the part of you that governs your emotional body, instincts, and unconscious patterns.

Through movement, breath, and sound, you’ll explore the element, modality, and energetic qualities of your Moon placement, learning how these live in your body and shape the way you feel, respond, and move through the world.

This workshop offers simple, powerful tools to express, understand, and soften into your inner landscape - inviting deeper self-awareness and compassion. No astrology or movement experience needed.
