Vocal toning is a simple and profound way to regulate the nervous system, raise our vibration, and restore a lasting sense of inner peace. Together in supportive community, we hum and tone with sound healing instrumentation to liberate our voices from fear, shame, and self-judgment. And we make room for more authentic, heart-led expression, which paves the way for a greater experience of healing harmony in our everyday lives. No words, no performance, no singing experience required.Many lovingly call it "a sound bath from within," or a vibrational massage from the inside out.
