Come dance in a welcoming space for free-form, conscious movement supported by live-mixed music and gentle somatic guidance. Each session includes time for arrival and warm-up, an opening attunement inspired by seasonal cycles, an extended wave of open dancing, and a short closing practice for integration. Come as you are and move in the way your body needs.
