On Sunday, March 1st from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Vashon High School Theater there will be a special performance by Singer-Songwriters from Vashon Island. The performance is a fundraiser for the Vashon Island Music Scholarship, formally the Paul Colwell and the Vashon Events Music Scholarship which are now combined into the Vashon Island Music Scholarship and is part of the Vashon Community Scholarship Program. This will be our 4th year for the scholarship.

The performers will be Mark Graham, Orville Johnson, Ray Hanowell, Nell Coffman, Kim Thal, Ryan Hotchkiss, Rob Hotchkiss, Dianne Krause, Steve Itterly, Carter Castle, Mikey Naucus, Jeff Kanzler, Steve Amsden, Kat Eggleston, Chuck Roehm, Josie Reiling, Daryl Redeker, Paul Gerard, JT Wingett, Wilson Abbott, Chris Anderson, Paul and Steve Colwell. The Emcee will be Craig Beles; Danny Powers will provide the sound with Andrew Reissiger and Mike Witmer doing stage management.

These are all talented songwriters and performers so the afternoon will be a fun one to attend.

Funds raised will go to the Vashon Island Music Scholarship which is awarded to graduating Seniors who intend to continue with music in their higher education.

A suggested donation of $10.00 to $20.00, cash, check, credit card or venmo at the door would be appreciated.
